PCoC is an independent, voluntary, non-political, non-profit making organisation owned and directed by its members, democratically accountable to individual businesses of all sizes and sectors throughout Perthshire. Our aim is to promote, develop and protect the interests and opportunities of local businesses as individuals or as groups.
